End User License Agreement
Software License for Child Health Tracker
License Holder
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and:

Masadir Media Co WLL is the owner and licensor of the Child Health Tracker application.
1. License Grant
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Masadir Media Co WLL grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
• Install and use the Child Health Tracker application on your personal devices • Access and use the App’s features for personal child health tracking • Make backups of your personal data created within the App
This license is granted solely for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App • Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels • Use the App for commercial purposes without permission • Access the App’s source code or underlying algorithms
3. Ownership
Masadir Media Co WLL retains all right, title, and interest in:
• The App software and its components • All intellectual property rights in the App • Trademarks, logos, and branding elements • App documentation and help materials
Your personal health tracking data remains your property.
4. Updates and Support
This license includes:
• Free updates and bug fixes during the license term • Access to customer support through designated channels • New feature additions at our discretion • Compatibility updates for supported operating systems
Support is provided on a best-effort basis without guarantees.
5. Data and Privacy Rights
Under this license, you have the right to:
• Control your personal health tracking data • Export your data in standard formats • Delete your data from our systems • Opt out of optional data collection features

6. Warranty Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES:
• No warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose • No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation • No warranty against data loss or corruption • No warranty of compatibility with all devices • Some jurisdictions do not allow warranty disclaimers
Use the App at your own risk and maintain data backups.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • We are not responsible for data loss or device damage • We are not liable for third-party content or services • Time limitations apply to claims under this Agreement
8. Medical Use Limitations
This App is licensed for health tracking, not medical diagnosis:
• The App does not provide medical advice or diagnosis • It is not certified as a medical device • It should not replace professional healthcare • Emergency medical situations require immediate professional care • We are not responsible for medical decisions based on App data
9. Termination
This license may be terminated:
• Automatically if you breach any terms of this Agreement • By you at any time by uninstalling the App • By us with notice for material violations • Upon discontinuation of the App service
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
If you are located outside Bahrain, you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of Bahraini courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Masadir Media Co WLL regarding the Child Health Tracker application.

By installing and using Child Health Tracker, you have agreed to the terms of this End User License Agreement with Masadir Media Co WLL.
